Qidi X-PLus und Max Laufrollen und Lager wechseln - Timing Pulley and bearing replacement

Edit: The pulley on the motor shaft is correct. You could flip it the other way around but the belt alignment would be skewed more.

Ich heiße Andrei und bin neu hier.

Ich besitze einen Qidi i-mate s mit 8mm Linearwellen.

Meine Frage ist ob ich den Mod von @humebeam in mein i-mate s auch verbauen könnte wobei die Lager in den Max 10mm sind. Gibt es evtl. eine Version für die 8mm LM8SUU?

Zusätzlich hätte ich eine Idee wie man generell den Lager Austausch durch eine Modifikation der x Achse Halterungen von @humebeam vereinfachen könnte.

I've been running the same setup for nearly two months with no issues, it runs super smooth and the bearings are very quiet on the CF rods. But I use self printed nylon bearings/bushings (Fiberlogy PA12), it took a few attempts until I was happy with the clearance so I printed a few revisions, I had to enlarge the ID a little to avoid binding.

It's an experiment for sure though, I mostly do these and other stuff to see what's possible and not, my printer is mainly for dev and prototypes, it's not for production. I am surprisingly happy with the CF setup though but your miles may vary.

I think a perfect middle ground for a "production printer" might be aluminum rods, they're still quite a bit lighter than steel.

ich habe eine QIDI I Mate S und bin grade dabei die riemen und die lager aus zu tauschen (Gantry-Upgrade von Hume Beam für Qidi X-Max) aber auf dem i mate s. habe folgendes problem bemerkt: die 3Dman GT2 Riemenscheiben die zwei stück auf der seite für die Y Achse sind zu lang um sie verbauen zu können. wird hier noch eine andere Riemenscheibe benötigt?

ist leider nicht von mir das bild da ich noch keine passenden Scheiben gefunden habe.

Aber in diesem fall würde das nicht funktionieren weil die kleine Scheibe ein Kugellager besitzt und sich eigendlich nicht drehen darf.

hat hierfür jemand ne lösung?

meine Linearlager schubbern am linken Rand der x-Achse komisch auf den beiden Schienen. WIe lange muss ich einplanen, die 8 Lager zu tauschen (habe die Kiste noch nie auseinander gebaut)? Sollte mal die Pulleyes gleich mittauschen? Falls ja, hat jemand eine "Bestellliste" was man wo bestellen sollte?

Muss meinen Qidi X-Plus-3 schmieren und bin mir nicht sicher welches Fett das richtige ist.
Die einen sagen PTFE basierte Schmierfette seien das richtige und die anderen wiederum die würden die Rails beschädigen und Lithiumseifenfette seien das richtige.

Bin durch Zufall über deinen Post gestolpert, daher würde ich in erster Linie gerne wissen, welches Fett du verwendest?

I have been researching for the dimension for some time now and I am looking for an STL file, or a STEP file, or any other type of file that I can print for quite some time now. I am committing to a project with my TronXY X5SA, and would like to essentially port these on over to all 4 corners.

I was able to get my hands on the corner mounts from Qidi, and I was able to reproduce the model in OnShape. I intend on releasing that soon
