    Ich muss aber sagen selbst original mitsumi lager am MAX sind um welten hakeliger und lauter als vernünftige Schienen (ala Voron builds) - von daher erwarte ich keine Wunder.

    Ich habe auch welche LM8SUU mir auf Amazon geholt...4 von 10 waren gut alle andere sind Schrott....liegt aber an der Bauart der Lager. Da befinden sich 4 Reihen Kugeln drinnen...das ist leider zu wenig.

    Ich suche lieber eine Kunststoff Lösung wenn es eine Kompatible zb. von Igus gibt. Dafür habe ich mal die Fa. Igus angeschrieben....warte auf Antwort.

    I've been running the same setup for nearly two months with no issues, it runs super smooth and the bearings are very quiet on the CF rods. But I use self printed nylon bearings/bushings (Fiberlogy PA12), it took a few attempts until I was happy with the clearance so I printed a few revisions, I had to enlarge the ID a little to avoid binding.

    It's an experiment for sure though, I mostly do these and other stuff to see what's possible and not, my printer is mainly for dev and prototypes, it's not for production. I am surprisingly happy with the CF setup though but your miles may vary.

    I think a perfect middle ground for a "production printer" might be aluminum rods, they're still quite a bit lighter than steel.

    Hallo.

    Ich heiße Andrei und bin neu hier.

    Ich besitze einen Qidi i-mate s mit 8mm Linearwellen.

    Meine Frage ist ob ich den Mod von @humebeam in mein i-mate s auch verbauen könnte wobei die Lager in den Max 10mm sind. Gibt es evtl. eine Version für die 8mm LM8SUU?

    Zusätzlich hätte ich eine Idee wie man generell den Lager Austausch durch eine Modifikation der x Achse Halterungen von @humebeam vereinfachen könnte.

    Hallo.

    Ich bin neu hier und heiße Andrei.

    Habe mehrere Drucker und neustens einen Qidi i-mate s gekauft. Meine Frage ist ob jemand hier eine Empfehlung für Linearlager abgeben kann. Die original Lager sind mir zu laut und gleiten schlecht auch nach dem ich die rausgenommen, gereinigt und gefettet habe. Ganz uncool sind auch die Massen ...es handelt sich um die LM8SUU Lager.
