Did you check cell voltage? If this is the first charge the SOC % might be wrong. So in case cell voltage is on higher side it would charge slower.
But the picture in sunny portal looks OK - all available goes into the battery.

BMS temp is already pretty high - how is this currently cooled?
Cell 5 and 9 I would monitor the resistance
And don't be surprised if it jumps to 100% soon as the voltage is close to max.
-
will took off the cooler and see if goes down, i did some custom cooper plate with thermal mass strange !
"Cell 5 and 9 I would monitor the resistance" these could be bad connection ?
cell 13 and 14 unfortunately i didn't get 1 gen1+gen2 extra modules they send me wrong 2 of the same :(, so the last parallel has 6 modules gen2+8 modules gen1, the other 6 parallels has 7 modules gen2+7 modules gen1, my concern is that the 13 and 14 cell can't reach the 4.1V or maybe is betther i lower max to 4.06V ?
PS. I put the 4.06V and they go 100%, now put again 4.1V, will see...

thick copper?
RE: Nächstes Projekt: Batteriespeicher für daheim
Could be wrong measurement or bad connection - I would monitor if always the same cells are showing the higher resistance.
All cells will reach the 4.1 - it is more about that the ones with less capacity - the BMS will have to compensate with balancing acitivity, as they otherwise would be "overcharged" - if your BMS get's hot even if cooled it looks like a lot balancing. Acceptable for the first few cycles but also to be monitored.

RE: Nächstes Projekt: Batteriespeicher für daheim
is a post how the SI was connected by a user.
Asymmetric between phases? You have only one phase or? Here my current AC readout - unfortunately my SI does not answer on settings request
-
hello
i have one phase i should choose Asymmetric ?
here i have mains choose, don't know very well what mean "mains":
these setting shwould be for charge the batteries ?
cells 5 and 9 that was more resistance are in the middle should i be worried with that because i think the cells more important are the + and - ?
Big BIG Thanks for helping !

Reagarding the Parameter for the SI I am completely lost now - I don't see any of those on my SI. I can also only compare with the sunnyportal. Sunny Explorer does not give me any annswer on config settings (need to figure out why).
@ALL: someone able to suport here?
Charging control should be at BMS - Maybe I am wrong but somewhere you can set the SI to LION so BMS is external via CAN. If the SOC displayed in SunnyPOrtal is correct your setting should be OK otherwise you would get no values.
Regarding the resistence I did not get your question.

i access to my si via ip address, i put an old laptop connected to lan and i can remote access to all parameters of Rec Bms and SI via Remote free program acess " Anydesk"

Hmm - I am blind how to export the settings to PDF?

Update, cell R 5 and 9 still high maybe need to unplug copper bar and plug again
i made a print from browser Ctrl+P(i access via browser ip not for sunny explorer), choose Microsoft Print to Pdf and is done

ah OK - my old one does not have a web interface - all via sunnyexplorer or the physical interface.

After re-doing Installation assistant these setting need to be off, now is fine, next step is limit the use of battery during a period of time because once i am bi-hourly grid contract i would like to "protect" the batts so anyone knows where is the setting of these ?
midnight update soc drops to 3% and cuts batts, now for my suprise when started SI he started to charging batts, now need to control during night sleep

Check you minimum SOC settings and capacity using the SOC discharging & voltage curve as well. If it immediately drops to a low soc a "virtual" cell has reached low Volatage and BMS reacts on it.
For SI setting see RE: Nächstes Projekt: Batteriespeicher für daheim

System is ok now just need to put same 7/7 batts on last parallel for no stress BMS, until my sun tracker doesn't arrived i configurated in sunny portal on system proprieties-parameters there is a option that you can use an period of time and choose what W you want to charge, exactly what i was looking for, well again many thanks for your help was precious, when i have a good chart will share it, regards.

Very good - thx for letting us watch the progress and the hurdles you took exceptionally well.
