Hallo zusammen,

hi
finally modules arrived :), other's parts like rec (i add the bluetooth option to use with smartphone app) etc already here too, now it's time to mount the puzzle :D, design of modules remodelation...
Cool - nice puzzle - BTW what are the differences of Gen1 and Gen2 - sorry never looked into this. But if you mix them I assume they have at least similar capacity. I found some info about batterypack as such but not the exact dif on module level. Most likely I jsut did not search long enough.
Gen1 solid box, Gen2 open box at midle and cooper is the double of thickness 1.5mm to 3mm probably was the main problem of the Gen1, about V i got 8.06V on Gen2 and 7.92V on Gen1, so they equal i think
THX - I found as well (at least on Youtube) only the "mechanical" diffs.
do you know if I can let the last parallel with 12 modules instead of 14modules or need to be all with same number(13) ?
You will end up with different capacity then (at least this how I understand your question). Which then would mean that this "virtual" cell will be always fully charged first and needs to be shortened to avoid overcharging. So if I am not misunderstanding the situation I would recommend for 13 each and have some spare left.
Almost done !
In Chemistry what option you choose for Leaf modules, the last one LiMnO2 ?
Sunny Island On too, did you 13.5 Performing a Manual Equalization Charge in the Off-Grid System when start the system ?
will try see what settings can do !:D
I only did a full charge (let the BMS balance) discharge, fullcharge cycle to calibrate at the beginning. Since this year I lowered the balancing start voltage as it seems some cells are no longer that optimum. I need to check them individually and maybe replace some - but nmot checked yet. No problem in summer when regularly reaching 100% but winter time is a but of calibration.
The SI gets all signals from the BMS (via CAN) and the SMA Homemanager/Sensor (via LAN) measuring if you feeding into the grid or consuming. So no need to connect extra current sensors etc. to the SI.
Could provide my SunnyExplorer setting this evening (if I do not forget)
Some settings that I posted before:
so now i just wait ?
Is it not powering the house at all? What about charging the batteries or is your PV just feeding into the grid instead of charging?
You are still connected to the grid right? So I would choose 1.
I don't remember to long ago - I think my SunnyIsland and SunnyWebplatform passwords are different.
